Excellent communication with a professional team that did great work for us. We have many extra tall and high windows that would be impossible to clean without them. Highly recommend Window Genie of Lexington!

Window Genie provided poor service. Two outside windows were left uncleaned with the excuse of rain making ladders unsafe—yet we cleaned them easily from inside the same day. One screen wasn’t replaced, another was installed backwards and upside down. Windowsills were ignored. A technician left an empty Coca-Cola can on our mantle. Two stars because what they did clean was clear. Avoid this company. *UPDATE* Initially disappointed with the window cleaning service, but I appreciate Ryan, the owner, personally reaching out, apologizing, and offering a $100 credit for my next service. They were responsive and committed to making it right. Willing to give them another try in my new home.

Window Genie did a phenomenal job, start to finish. Categorically would recommend them. I manage an HOA of 5 townhomes and they showed up on time, performed the work above expectation and left a clean job site. They brought their own water, too! The building is clean and gorgeous. The other owners are pleased, in addition to myself.

Window Genie did an incredible job with our Christmas lights this year. We have used them for 2 years. The installation was clean, professional, and looked fantastic, and the takedown was just as smooth. They were extremely responsive any time we had a question or noticed a bulb out, and they handled everything quickly and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend their holiday lighting service!

Window Genie guys were very efficient and polite. They cleaned 14 large windows and pressure washed my driveway and patio and steps to the patio. Everything looks great and I am very pleased. Will use them again!
